Our expert team will review your request and will call back either for clarity or for confirmation of the visit.

Our Engineer / Supervisor / Technician will arrive and show you his I.D, will take necessary Covid precautions prior to enter the premise.

If the job has required more expertise / materials / execution time, our estimation team will assess the work and submit a quotation, for your kind approval.

If the work is involving more time and spare parts, our schedulers will estimate the duration of the work and book a slot accordingly.

If your job is a simple maintenance, and does not required any spare parts, Serve4U will commence the works against your confirmation and will complete.

We typically allow one hour window for their arrival time. He will always reassess the job on arrival to see if more time will be required than originally estimated. When he begins the job, he will make a note of the time and will issue the service report after completing the job with price.

When the work is complete, the technician will show you a job ticket telling you what he has done with a detailed breakdown of the cost, which he will ask you to sign.

In the unlikely event that the work is substandard, call us back and we will arrange for it to be rectified at NO charge if it is due to the workmanship.
