Do I need a quote from you?
If the job is relatively straightforward, our trained office staff will be able to estimate how much time you will need. If the job is more complicated, we will arrange a quote for you.
Any tips for making the most of my booking?
It is often helpful if you can provide some images of the job to be done in order to help us assess the time it will take and what tools and materials will be required.
Do I have to provide my own materials?
If you have your own materials, we can use these if it is suitable for the requested Job. Otherwise, we are happy to source your materials and we will issue invoice with these material prices.
Will your technician turn up on time?
We allow one-hour arrival window, so for example, we might say your technician will arrive between 10:30 and 11:30. As we all know, getting around Ernakulam town area can be a challenging and unpredictable business. Most of our technician ride scooters.
